The Satco 40W T8 8-foot LED bulb provides a flexible and efficient lighting solution for large commercial and industrial applications. It features wattage selectable settings of 24W, 32W, or 40W, allowing you to adjust the light output and energy use to match the needs of the space. It also offers five color temperature options - 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, 5000K, and 6500K - so you can customize the tone of the light from warm to cool daylight without changing the lamp.
This lamp operates on a universal voltage range of 120 to 277 volts and is designed for ballast bypass wiring, delivering consistent performance without relying on older ballasts. At its highest setting, it produces up to 5500 lumens, making it ideal for warehouses, high bay fixtures, and other demanding environments. With an 80 plus CRI, it provides reliable color accuracy for general lighting needs.
The beam angle is about 210 degrees, ensuring wide coverage while directing most of the light outward for practical illumination. Rated for 50,000 hours of use, the lamp offers long-term durability and reduced maintenance costs. It is non-dimmable and damp rated, making it suitable for use in areas where moisture is present, provided the fixture is properly rated.
