Destination Lighting offers Free Shipping on all orders of $50.00 or more delivered within the contiguous United States via UPS Ground, or freight carrier if the product is oversized. Orders that do not meet the Free Shipping requirement will be charged a flat rate fee of $9.95, which is not refundable if the item is returned.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. You can request a quote on expediting your shipment during checkout. Your order will be placed on hold until we can reach you by phone to confirm options and pricing. Requests for next day delivery must be confirmed by 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday - Friday and Sunday (excluding holidays).
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur freight charges and the shipping fees for those deliveries are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are calculated after the order is submitted, so your order will be placed on hold until we can reach you by phone to confirm pricing.
If you choose to return an item you purchased from Destination Lighting, any applicable shipping charges are non-refundable. Destination Lighting will arrange shipping of defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise at our cost. For any other return, shipping charges are at the customer's expense. If a shipment is refused, or the delivery method or address is changed through the shipper, additional charges may apply.
If a particular item is not in stock at our warehouse we estimate the lead time required for shipping and display that information on the product detail page. This is only an estimate however, which may not take into account the specific quantity requested or orders that have been previously committed to other customers. In these circumstances, you will be notified that the item is on backorder and you'll have the option to modify your order or wait for the merchandise to become available.
Destination Lighting will not under any circumstances be held responsible for expediting shipments on backorders when the merchandise becomes available. We do not guarantee when a product will be delivered and thus customers are encouraged to plan ahead and allow plenty of lead time for deliveries. Destination Lighting is not responsible for any costs associated with delay in shipment.
