Customer Service Lighting Specialist

Destination Lighting is a leading online lighting and home furnishings retailer. We are looking for a detail oriented Customer Service Agent for phone and email support. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, have a positive attitude and have strong communication skills, especially in written form. The person must be knowledgeable and comfortable using the Internet and web base programs, email programs and MS Office products. Minimum one year customer service or call center experience required. Lighting knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Providing outstanding support to customer inquiries by email and phone
• Assist customers in site navigation, product questions and order entry
• Research shipping and billing inquires
• Monitor trouble queues and resolve outstanding issues
• Process return requests

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
• Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
• Superior customer service and communication skills, written and verbal
• Excellent computer literacy (Internet, email and MS Office skills)
• Lighting knowledge a plus
