This 6-inch housing is insulation ready and vertically adjustable to accommodate up to a 1-inch ceiling thickness. Comes fully assembled. The Air-Loc installation stops infiltration and exfiltration of air, reducing heat and cooling costs. and environmentally friendly. Patented break-away bars allow tight joist spacing and bar hangers may be re-positioned 90 degrees. Trim sold separately. Measures 17-1/4 inches in length and has a 13-3/8-inch width that expands to 25 inches. 7-1/2 inches in height with a 6-7/8-inch ceiling cutout. Takes (1) 18-watt compact fluorescent triple tube bulb(s). Bulb(s) sold separately. Dry location rated. UL listed.
