Bronze Fan Sloped Ceiling Kit by Modern Forms
Downrod Ceiling Fans can be installed on slope ceilings with up to a 30 degree slope. Slope Ceiling Kits convert any Modern Forms Downrod Ceiling Fan to be installed on slopes up to 45 degrees.
Approved for wet location use as defined by the National Electric Code. Please consult your local electrical code for details.
