This exhaust fan offers instant warmth without the use of the home's central thermostat. It is a nice treat for cold mornings in the bathroom. Both heat and ventilation are offered in a small, quiet package. The fan and heater can be operated together or separately for maximum convenience. The socket can adjust to accommodate ceilings up to one inch thick and there is an automatic reset button for thermal protection. Takes (1) 250-watt incandescent R40 bulb(s). Bulb(s) sold separately. UL listed.

| Comments: | It's a terrific product, as I mentioned we installed the lamp in the bathroom. Not to be obivious but are hopes were to have an exhaust fan for hot showers and a heat lamp for warmth. This product handles both jobs like a champ. We're very happy with this product and financely pleased that we did not have to run an additional wire for the lamp; out of the box it was wired for easy installation. Hot Stuff! |
