Modern Drum Pendant Light with Cream Linen Shade

Satin nickel pendant light with cream drum shade and off-white acrylic diffuser

This modern pendant features sleek lines that are complemented by the satin nickel finish. The cream linen shade helps to provide a touch of warmth while the bottom diffuser shields the bulbs from view to create a pleasant illumination. This fixture has a 5-inch canopy and includes three 12-inch and one 6-inch downrod that allows you to hang this pendant anywhere from 17-1/4-inches to 53-1/4-inches. Takes three 100-watt medium base bulbs (not included).

The drum shade measures 18-inches on the top and bottom by 7-inches in height.

Please note that this pendant is shown with the light on. This shade will appear darker when fixture is off.

I was nervous to purchase a light without seeing it firsthand but because it was less than half of what I saw in stores and because I couldn't find exactly what I wanted to in stores I decided to take a chance. I'm SOOOOO glad I did!! I really LOVE this light; it was EXACTLY what I wanted!! We have done MANY upgrades in our kitchen, including putting granite in but my eyes go directly to my new light fixture every time I walk into the kitchen!!! BEST purchase ever!!

I looked at many similar lights that were much more expensive, but this light looks absolutely amazing above my dining room table. My neighbor (who is an electrician) had it up in about 15 minutes. The only difficulty was getting the paper cover off of the diffuser. Quick tip. Heat it with a blow dryer and it will peel off with ease!

We love this light and use it for our master bedroom. Assembly was easy, however taking the backing off the acrylic diffuser was tedious. It came off in little pieces, one at a time. Other than that, make sure you look for the diffuser at the bottom of the package, my husband just about threw the box away until I asked where it was. Great light!

This is my first home improvement online purchase. I was very pleased with the outcome. I was going between this and one from West Elm. This one is nicer. My husband and I put it up ourselves and we are not handy. I was worried it was going to be too small but it is great in our eat-in kitchen. It may be a bit small for a larger dining room.

I was so relieved to see this in person. Its hard to know for sure when shopping online, but it was a great purchase. The fixture is just what I wanted to update my formal dining room (removed builder's grade brass chandelier). It casts a nice light because of the diffuser - which some other brands didn't include. The fabric is of high quality and the whole fixture is well made and installed very easily. I'm a comparison shopper and I looked at so many other options both online and in stores!
