Product Description
6-inch Recessed Lighting Kit with Black Trim
This recessed lighting kit features an air-tight installation that stops the infiltration and exfiltration of air, which reduces heating and cooling costs. The patented breakaway bars allow tight joist spacing and the bar hangers may be re-positioned 90 degrees. The housing measures 7-1/8 inches in height and 13-1/2-inches in width (reduces to 8-1/2 with breakaway feature) and can be completely covered with insulation. The fully enclosed black baffle interior has an aperture of 5-7/8 inches. This kit takes a 75-watt PAR30 long neck bulb (not included).
Approved for wet / damp location use as defined by the National Electric Code. Please consult your local electrical code for details.
